The 7^th China Academic Symposium of Feed Nutrition

(The First Announcement)

“The 7th China Academic of Feed nutrition” hosted by Animal Nutrition Branch of Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine will be held in Zhengzhou city, Henan Province in 16-18 October, 2014. The Second Plenary Session of the Ninth Council and the Editorial Board Meeting of “Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition” will be held at the same time. The symposium is held once every four years. It is organized by Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Henan Agricultural University and State Key Laboratory of Animal Nutrition. The domestic and foreign representatives working in animal nutrition, feed science and other relative fields are welcomed to participate in this symposium.

Quality – Ecology – Health

1. Invite domestic and foreign experts to make special reports focused on the current hot issues in the fields of feed science and animal nutrition;

2. Carry out academic exchanges and discussions of feed science and animal nutrition around the major theme;

3. Focus on introduction of top research achievements, description of innovative products and information communication ,in feed materials and feed additives fields

4. Hold the meeting of the Second Plenary Session of the Ninth Council of Animal Nutrition Branch, Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine, and also hold the editorial board meeting of “Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition”;

5. Develop poster communication and exchanging meeting of graduate students between the universities and employing units of enterprises;

6. Propagate and display new products and outcomes of enterprises.

1. Scope of papers

The themes of research papers should be around “Quality-Ecology-Health”, including development and utilization of feed materials, feed additives and biological feed, feed analysis and nutritional  evaluation, pig feed nutrition, poultry feed nutrition, ruminant feed nutrition, aquatic animal feed nutrition, and so on.

2. Format and Requirements of Papers

(1) Two books ,the titlt as “Research Progress of Feed Nutrition in China -2014” and “Proceedings of the 7^th China Academic Symposium of Feed Nutrition” will be published in this symposium;

(2) The book "Research Progress": Special contribution. probably no more than 6000 words accompanied by a detailed abstract with about 1000 words. Please refer to the submission requirements of research papers and review articles of “Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition” ;

(3) The book "Conference Papers": Please submit the research papers in the form of detailed abstracts with about 1000 words without chart and references, and also refer to the requirements of briefing format of “Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition” to prepare the abstracts;

(4) Poster Communication: The abstracts will be published in the proceedings, and displayed on the poster venue. The organizing committee will contract the author to confirm whether to do the poster or not. The posters are required to make by the authors respectively, and the size is  90 cm × 120 cm；

(5) Submission Requirements: The papers with Microsoft word format are required to be submitted by internet with the web (http://caav-ana.acmis.com.cn). This submission system is  developed by Chinese Association of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. Animal Nutrition Branch has an independent domain name which is suitable for the collection of academic papers.
